Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Kinetic IT. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will play a vital role in optimizing processes and driving efficiency within our IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and refine processes to ensure alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement agreed-upon changes and optimize processes.
  • Participate in workshops, training, and mentoring to support process transformation and uplift process capability.
  • Document processes, models, and measurement mechanisms in technical documents and reports.
  • Execute all defined corporate and management accountabilities in Health and Safety and Security practices to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

Requirements

  • Able to maintain a minimum Government Security Clearance.
  • Able and willing to participate in a Pre-engagement integrity checks (PEIC).
  • Available for 24x7 rotating roster through a 16 week period over tax time & on call responsibilities shared amongst the team (4 days on followed by 4 days off).
  • Proven experience in coordinating process execution in an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management environment, with specific experience in the relevant practice aligned to your role.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and implement best practice policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with strong technical writing, reporting, and documentation abilities.
  • A demonstrated ability to consider the end-to-end business value of process activities.
