Cleaning Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our daily cleaning operations at one of our retail sites.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive organisation, where you will be responsible for leading a small team of staff to ensure coverage and meet service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily cleaning operations to meet contractual requirements
  • Leadership and management of staff to achieve high-quality results
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitoring consumables and maintenance to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Completing reports and documentation to meet organisational requirements
  • Promoting a safe, positive, and professional work environment for all employees
  • Carrying out administrative duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in the cleaning industry
  • Proven ability to lead and support a small team of staff
  • Strong understanding of service contracts and performance management principles
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery (desired)
  • Intermediate computer skills to manage data and reports
  • Sound knowledge of safe chemical use and workplace health and safety regulations
