OverviewCleaning Site Supervisor – FigtreeWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead, manage, and coordinate cleaning services at one of our key retail sites in Figtree.
This is a full-time opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role within a supportive and growing organisation.Working closely with an experienced Business Manager, you will oversee service delivery, support your team, and ensure high standards are consistently achieved.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily cleaning operations in line with contractual requirementsLead and manage staff to ensure coverage and meet service KPIsTrain, coach, and mentor team membersMonitor consumables and maintenance to improve cost effectivenessBuild and maintain strong client relationships, handling requests and complaintsComplete reports and meet documentation requirementsRespond to general, periodical, preventative, and emergency cleaning needsPromote a safe, positive, and professional work environmentCarry out related administrative dutiesQualifications & SkillsMinimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience in the cleaning industryProven ability to lead and support a dedicated, small teamStrong understanding of service contracts and performance managementKnowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery (desirable)Intermediate computer skillsSound knowledge of safe chemical use and workplace OHS requirementsValid driver's licenceCurrent police check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtainAbout UsSecurecorp is a progressive, award-winning company providing premium security, cleaning, electronics, and monitoring services across Australia.
