Lendlease has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Village Response Attendant.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Village Response Attendant, you will be responsible for providing comfort and help to our residents when they need it most. You will respond to resident enquiries, oversee community facilities, conduct welfare checks, refer residents to our home care provider, assist with events, respond to call outs, undertake first aid, and initiate emergency services when required.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
  • The ability to make critical decisions and remain calm under pressure
  • Motivation and the ability to take initiative
  • Basic computer skills (desirable)

Please note that the successful applicant must complete a Police Check, receive an annual flu vaccination between April-October, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination prior to joining, and may be required to undergo pre-employment medical assessments.
