Personal Care Assistant Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Langford Grange. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This is a rewarding role that requires passion, patience, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with medication management, following established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Current and valid police check
  • Vaccination certificate
