At Prosper Care and Support, we're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Disability Support Workers across Victoria.

We support a wide variety of participants of all ages and genders, including people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people from all walks of life.

What you'll do

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, including those with psychosocial disabilities

  • Assist clients with daily living (personal care, meal prep, household tasks)

  • Support social, recreational, and community activities

  • Create safe, supportive, and inclusive environments
  • Work with our team to deliver personalized support plans
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with NDIS standards

What you'll bring

We're flexible – we value your attitude and passion most of all.

  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (Mandatory)
  • Comprehensive insurance (Willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Screener, WWCC, First Aid, CPR (Mandatory)

  • A Certificate III/IV in Disability Support or related training (desirable but not essential)

  • Mental health, medication, or PEG experience (valued but not required)

  • Previous experience in care or community support (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A genuine passion for empowering others
