Personal Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide care for our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

This role requires assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with meal preparation.
  • Drive clients to appointments and social activities.
  • House cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, bathrooms, etc.).
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's health and/or wellbeing.
  • Accurately document services provided into a visual care app.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in community care.
  • Dementia care experience is preferred.
  • Cert III in aged care.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Police check.
  • NDIS screen check.
  • Working with children check.
  • Driver's license and own car with comprehensive insurance.
