Job Role Summary

The Engagement Officer role is pivotal in delivering top-notch customer service and marketing initiatives. This position focuses on efficient engagement of prospective participants, driving measurable sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new enquirers to conversion and onboard participants, prepare data for reporting, and establish stakeholder connections.
  • Promote services at sector meetings and events.
  • Analyze market trends and suggest strategies to improve business visibility and growth.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Current C Class Driver's License.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • A Certificate 4 or equivalent in marketing/promotions is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial growth.
  • Experience developing innovative engagement/marketing methods.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them within a specific timeframe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to generate new contacts.
  • Intermediate to high IT skills including Microsoft suite of products.
