Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team at Porsche Centre Parramatta.

The Role

  • Assist customers in finding their ideal Porsche vehicle, providing exceptional service and support throughout the purchasing process.
  • Work closely with our New Car Sales Manager to achieve individual targets and contribute to the dealership's overall success.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends, utilizing this expertise to drive sales and provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role with a successful sales record.
  • A passion for our products and people.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proven ability to work within a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation and sale-closing expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational ability.
  • Meticulous personal presentation.
