Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for driving growth across products through tailored partnerships initiatives.

In this role, you will identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, influencers, and key opinion leaders. You will also propose and implement partnership recruitment and retention strategies.

You will act as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations in your region, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to send regular regionally-applicable newsletters to partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Develop and execute tailored partnerships initiatives to drive growth across products.
  • Prospecting and Recruitment: Identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
  • Partnership Management: Act as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations in your region, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience growing marketing partnerships programs is essential.
  • Prior experience in sports betting, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services is beneficial.
  • Experience with impact.com or comparable partnership management tools is required.
