We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Housing Consultant to join our team at Civica. As a Senior Housing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring our Housing Software, providing expert advice to our customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure our Housing Software to meet customer needs
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our Housing Software and its applications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including onsite and remote consultancy, services, and support
  • Document customer configuration requirements and assist in updating and developing tailored training courses
  • Work closely with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for product enhancements
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the housing market and social housing policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working directly with customers and in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment
  • Ability to inform and persuade others
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
Preferred Skills
  • Experience conducting demonstrations in front of customers
  • Experience working with process-based applications
  • Experience with documentation
