Role Overview

This position provides ongoing education and support for Territory Account Executives in a newly established market.

About the Position

The Sales Enablement Professional will work closely with sales leadership to deliver enablement support via remote tools and on-site programs. Ideal candidates must be based locally in Sydney or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
  • Develop international training content, leveraging technology such as Workramp LMS, Chorus.ai, and Google Sites.
  • Manage, deliver, and execute training programs for the International team.
  • Provide live and virtual training to ensure trainings are put into practice.
  • Give direct feedback and hold sales teams accountable for goals and adoption of processes and tools.
  • Support pre- and post-Sales Boot Camp training and reinforce relevant tools.
  • Provide coaching to ramping account executives to improve individual performance.
  • Certify competencies in sales processes and Sandler sales methodology.
  • Track training progress in correlation to sales results and communicate to management.
  • Support senior sales leadership in driving key metrics to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Own and execute training events and occasional onsite meetings globally.
  • Assist reps in deal-specific questions remotely and in the field.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of quota-achieving B2B sales experience preferably in hospitality.
  • 1+ year in a sales training or enablement role.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple timezones.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics and influence.
  • Ability to develop & create content (slide decks, job aids).
  • Strong interpersonal skills; 'people person' coaching and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand sales processes and ascertain strengths/weaknesses in sellers.
  • Ability to work independently managing distributed teams to metric-driven programs.
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot quickly when needed.
  • Willing to travel 10% of the time within Australia and internationally to other markets.
  • Preferred: Strong understanding in Sandler Sales Methodology.
  • Preferred: Deep knowledge of restaurant operations and processes.
