Job Description

Our organisation is seeking an experienced fundraising leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a diversified fundraising strategy, driving growth across multiple streams, and cultivating strong relationships with donors, corporates, trusts, and foundations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate a fundraising strategy
  • Drive growth across philanthropy, corporate partnerships, events, grants, digital, and community fundraising
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, corporates, trusts, and foundations
  • Personally manage and deliver high-value opportunities
  • Lead, support, and develop a small fundraising team
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, strong relationship management skills, excellent project management skills, leadership experience, and a collaborative and innovative mindset.
