
National Sales Growth Executive

This pivotal role oversees national business development and market growth within the healthcare sector. The position is responsible for driving new opportunities, developing strategic plans, and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive national business development initiatives to expand market presence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies nationwide, leveraging expertise to present innovative solutions and influence decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with end-users, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to align with corporate goals.
- Achieve sales targets while managing pricing guidelines.
Scope of Responsibility:
- Oversee segment revenue, providing support and guidance to the frontline sales team.
- Engage internal stakeholders to effectively communicate and energize the implementation of corporate strategies.
- Sales and Ownership (70%): Directly drive new business and strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Planning and Market Development (30%): Develop an annual strategic plan outlining sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Business Development Expertise: A proven track record in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with corporate goals.
- Collaborative Leader: Experience in working cross-functionally with trade, architecture & design, and marketing teams.
- Goal-Oriented: A focus on achieving sales targets, with accountability for segment performance.
