Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of quality control methods and procedures.
  • Test and evaluate the identity, purity, and safety of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
  • Maintain and calibrate quality control testing equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a quality control role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to supervise and train junior staff.
  • Experience in method and equipment validation to meet regulatory and quality standards.
