Heritage apparel brand looking for a
**Quality Controller** to work in the Nunawading warehouse.

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality control inspections on all production orders received in the warehouse.
- Cross check bulk production against approved PP/PS samples for each style, ensuring all elements of QC are met.
- Highlight any quality issues to Garment Technicians, following up on inspection reports and suggested corrective actions/solutions.
- Monitor the quality for all products imported.
- Monitor all repairs / alterations required when quality issues occur.
- Keeping outgoing defects / returns percentage at low levels

Skills required:

- High attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated
- High accountability, results driven
- Investigate customer complaints / any quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have worked for a clothing company in a quality control role.**
