**Your new role**

As a **Quality Controller/Road Tester**, you will conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet and exceed established quality standards. Perform on-road evaluations to assess vehicle performance, safety, and overall functionality. You will also work closely with the production team to provide timely feedback and contribute to continuous improvement effort.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- **Relevant Trade Qualifications or Detailing/Panel shop experience**:

- Ensure productivity and meet customer satisfaction targets
- Excellent time management
- Good communication skills
- Well-presented
- Reliable, conscientious, adaptable, and customer-focused
- OHS focused, compliant, with a keen eye for quality final finish
- **Full, clean Victorian Drivers License**:

- **Previous experience in a Road-Tester/Quality Controller role within a Dealership Environment.**
