About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional account management expertise to one of our global key customers in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and retention
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with technical product support teams to ensure high-level customer service
