Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator to lead our growing Preconstruction team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:

  • Develop and implement preconstruction strategies
  • Perform detailed take-offs and bid creation
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to win work and grow the pipeline

As a key player in company growth, this role offers the best of both worlds: technical estimating expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of the entire preconstruction process (lead projects cradle to grave)
  2. Perform take-offs, create bids, and manage proposals (Conceptual, negotiated, Hard-bid, and Design-Build Projects)
  3. Drive project strategy and pricing decisions
  4. Play a critical role in winning exciting projects and expanding market presence

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience (commercial/industrial GC or developer background preferred).

Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong hands-on skills in take-offs, quantity surveying, and bid creation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead strategy discussions while actively building estimates
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred, not required)
