An ENR Southeast Top 5 Design-Build Firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead an impactful, high-profile project that will deliver lasting value to the local community. As Senior Project Manager, you will own the successful delivery of projects within defined scope, schedule, and cost baselines, while serving as the key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the project team.

Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Lead, direct, and coordinate all phases of construction from contract award through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Administer prime contracts and secure all required permits and licenses.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting scope, schedule, cost, or quality.
  • Select, contract, and manage subcontractors across all project phases.
  • Authorize purchases in alignment with approved scopes and procurement schedules.
  • Manage the project schedule to track progress and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead all OAC meetings to align stakeholders, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
  • Coach and develop the project team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee project closeout—completing all contractual obligations, documentation, and final payments to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in construction project management, with an emphasis on Design-Build.
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Cold Storage, Data Center, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks, exercise sound judgement, and motivate direct reports.
  • Adept in conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail while working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable to changing work environments and priorities.
