Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
  • Estimating project budgets and managing contract prices
  • Negotiating cost-effective subcontract and material procurements
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with owners, architects, and contractors
  • Maintaining accurate and timely project reporting to senior management
  • Managing, training, and supervising project teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and sense of urgency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Drafting and computer proficiency
