Role Summary

Calculated Hire is in search of a Project Manager IV for our Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This senior-level role requires deep expertise in Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading project delivery, with proven success managing large-scale, complex initiatives end-to-end. You will oversee strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, adherence to compliance requirements, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

In this contingent resource assignment you will
  • Own and manage complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring all project objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, with clear milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, including preparation of executive-level status reports and decision-making materials.
  • Oversee risk management activities, including RAID log updates, mitigation strategies, and escalation of critical issues.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are compliant with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and compliance, to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Drive accountability across all project participants and maintain a focus on business value delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading environments.
  • Advanced risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and coordination capabilities across multiple workstreams.
  • Skilled in SharePoint, project planning tools, and executive reporting.
