
Business Development Specialist

The Role:
- We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving sales and business development activities across a panel of clients in metropolitan and regional locations.
- You will increase sales and revenue based on panel and tactical activity and meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Key responsibilities include providing key account support, provision of quality ongoing strategic advice, and management of identified transition opportunities from start to finish.
- Referring and assisting sales activity of specialist offerings within our product suite and reporting monthly on business activity, campaigns, and market-related information.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales environment (Business Development, Consulting, Advisory) in Financial Services with a strong background in Wealth Management (Investments & Superannuation).
- Previous experience in Platforms and services within Financial Advice is highly regarded.
- A full understanding of the dynamics of financial services, including current conditions and future trends.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate without supervision.
- Commercial mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership of outcomes.
- Strong technical knowledge of superannuation.
- An excellent understanding and working knowledge of how Platforms (Master Trusts & Wraps) work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels, in particular executives & C-suite.
- Completion of RG146.
- A valid Driver's License is essential for this role.
