About the Role
As a customer service professional, you will provide exceptional support to our clients with their Group Insurance policies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of policies and providing accurate information to stakeholders.
- Analysing data for annual review calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Performing account reconciliations and database management tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
- Checking claims eligibility and verifying policy details to prevent any discrepancies.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong administration experience, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent MS Office literacy, particularly in Excel, to perform data analysis and record-keeping tasks.
