Moody Kiddell & Partners Insurance is a Steadfast Group Limited Network Broker specialising in the construction, transport and manufacturing industries. In addition to insurance broking, we are one of Australia's largest finance broking firms. We have been operating for over 40 years and have built strong relationships with clients, insurers, and accountants. This makes easy referrals from our finance business to our insurance business. We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to support our insurance team in Sydney.
You will
- Assist Brokers in managing clients pre-renewals
- Input and update data into Salesforce (CRM system), Insight and ensure consistent data is maintained between both systems
- Online quoting using Brokers completed quote slip
- Binding policies on Broker instruction - issuing invoices with schedule to clients and closing to insurers
- Issuing certificates of currency
- Distribution of insurers policy schedule letters to clients
- Notify insurers for cancellations and lapses
- Generate debtor reports for Brokers to chase, reconciling in Salesforce & Insight
About You
- Experience in broking administration or knowledge of the Insurance industry
- Customer focused administration experience
- Great attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
- The desire to grow a career in insurance broking
- Highly motivated and looking for a challenging and rewarding position
- Well organised, and can handle working under pressure
- Understand the importance of client servicing
- Worked with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
