Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Policy Coordinator to provide critical support to our senior brokers in client account management.

This role combines work-from-home flexibility with office time, allowing you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administration support to account brokers on client insurance/risk needs
  • Participating in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports
  • Preparing, lodging, and invoicing insurance policies accurately and timely
  • Attending client meetings and working on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships with senior brokers, underwriters, client executives, and client managers
  • Enhancing the client experience through outstanding customer service

To succeed in this role, you will require passion for a career in insurance, strong administration, and customer service skills. Experience supporting senior brokers with client accounts, client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking is highly regarded. A Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve it upon commencement is also desired.
