Deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide expert advice on travel insurance policies within a dynamic team in a rapidly growing multinational organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Answer inbound calls relating to travel insurance policies and provide further information on policies
  • Book travel insurance for customers on system
  • Administration and ad hoc additional duties

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Excellent customer service skills or sales experience
  • General Insurance industry experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Call Centre experience ideal but not essential
  • Administration experience
