Strategic Leader in L&D and Sales Solutions

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the implementation of our L&D and Sales & Services technology solutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in onboarding clients to adopt our methodology, resulting in client satisfaction and renewals.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive engagement by fostering a climate where people are motivated to contribute to the organization's objectives.
- Build, lead, grow, and motivate a team with expertise in L&D and S&Services solution delivery.
- Manage team performance, set objectives for direct reports, and ensure accountability.
- Participate in regional delivery leadership activities and lead initiatives when required.
- Cascade important information to the team and ensure alignment with global messages and processes.
- Ensure feedback from the team and clients is heard by regional leaders.
- Ensure timely and accurate backlog management and forecasting at various cadences.
- Provide regular communication on team progress and activities.
- Plan and resource projects to optimize team utilization and costs, contributing to regional gross margin goals.
- Support the implementation of L&D and S&S technology solutions in client environments.
- Identify and implement client usage strategies and enable clients utilizing KF solutions.
- Manage client relationships post-implementation to suggest feature improvements to existing business practices.
- Partner with internal clients to deploy resources and deliver business strategy plans.
- Analyze and present quarterly and annual reviews to senior levels of client organizations.
- Retain clients through strong relationship management and act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; experience in leadership, development, or sales preferred.
