**About the Role**

The purpose of the L&D Program Manager is to lead the development and implementation of the Frontline Leadership program as part of our Leadership Curriculum with a focus on our Operations division.

The role is responsible for the end to end design, build and rollout of the solution which integrates leadership capabilities and safety requirements for frontline leaders.
- Deliver the leadership programs required to deliver the Frontline Leadership development and Health, Safety, Environment and Heritage (HSEH) business needs
- Prepare project scopes of work, schedules, budget estimates and reporting
- Lead, prepare and manage project reporting for various stakeholders, including a project risk register
- Prepare and manage the transition to BAU.

**About You**
- Proven capability in project management of large and complex projects including contract negotiation, compliance and stakeholder management.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilise teams and business partners to effectively engage and manage stakeholders
- Strategy formulation - ability to think strategically, provide business direction and produce innovative ideas.
- Experience in scoping, designing, developing and rolling out leadership, learning and development programs
