About the Role

The Swim School Coordinator is a key position within our team, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of aquatics programs, including the Y NSW Swim School program, Schools Swimming lessons, and Lane Hire. This role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of the Y NSW Swim School program, educational trends, and industry development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Swim School team to deliver high-quality lessons and programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program participation and engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Manage budgets and KPIs to ensure program success

Requirements

  • Passion for teaching swimming and experience in managing and leading teams
  • Knowledge of budget and KPI management, as well as strong stakeholder management experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, and AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
  • Working with Children Check
