About the Role

The Swim School Coordinator is a key position within our team, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of aquatics programs at Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the successful Swim School team
  • Develop and implement aquatics programs, including The Y NSW Swim School program and Schools Swimming lessons
  • Manage lane hire and ensure high-quality lessons for patrons

Requirements

  • Possession of a firm knowledge and understanding of The Y NSW Swim School program, educational trends, and industry development
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification
  • Working with Children Check
