National Operations Manager Job Description

As a National Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of Integrated Facilities Services across a national client portfolio. This involves managing teams and Contract Managers who work closely with direct and sub-contract staff to drive efficiencies and achieve positive P&L results.

You will engage with a large number of stakeholders and provide regular reporting on service delivery, planning and scheduling, and KPI performance.

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Facilities Management, with a minimum of 5 years in Account Management within Australia supporting diverse sites.
  • Strong commercial acumen to manage budgets and commercial obligations under agreements.
  • Leadership and management skills to coordinate all aspects related to direct and sub-contract Facilities Maintenance Services and subcontractors.
