    Job Description
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the transport and distribution sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity.
    • Present tailored solutions to clients to meet their logistical and distribution needs.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful National Business Development Manager Should Have
    • Proven experience in business development, within the Freight Forwarding industry.
    • Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
    • Proficiency in preparing strategic sales plans and meeting targets.
    • Knowledge of market trends within the transport and distribution sector.
    • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's licence and a willingness to travel as required.
