Construction Recruitment Specialist

This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and stakeholder engagement to offer, across various technical and non-technical roles on a construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast and fulfill workforce needs by identifying and addressing potential talent gaps.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white-collar construction roles, including proactive sourcing of top talent and building sustainable pipelines for current and future project requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with large-scale project delivery and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
