">We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and stakeholder engagement to offer – across a variety of technical and non-technical roles on a construction project.
">The successful candidate will have experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within construction or engineering, and strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills.
">Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers across multiple projects and disciplines to forecast and fulfill workforce needs.">
- Manage 360 recruitment for white-collar construction roles (engineering, project management, commercial, HSE, planning, etc.).">
- Proactively source top talent and build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future project requirements.">
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practice.">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have proven experience in 360 recruitment and strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills.
">They will also have familiarity with large-scale project delivery and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
