We have an exciting opportunity for a construction talent acquisition specialist to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and stakeholder engagement to offer – across a variety of technical and non-technical roles on a construction project.
Our company is delivering the design and construction of a new hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the government, the project is destined to replace an existing hospital and expand healthcare services for women, children, and their families in the State.
As a construction talent acquisition specialist, your focus will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to forecast and fulfill workforce needs
- Managing 360 recruitment for white-collar construction roles (engineering, project management, commercial, HSE, planning, etc.)
- Proactively sourcing top talent
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future project requirements
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practice
What you will bring to the team:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within construction or engineering
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills
- Familiarity with large-scale project delivery
