About the role RDH are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us attract top talent in the industry.
You will take the lead on end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles, from operational site-based positions through to corporate and technical appointments.
You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, proactively source candidates and deliver a high-quality recruitment experience that reflects our values and culture.
We put focus on getting to know each candidate before they become an employee in the hopes we can foster good relationships and an understanding of our employees wants, needs and training development goals.
This all takes time…and that special someone who 'loves to chat' but can also manage the information in a timely and friendly manner.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you are joining an experienced and passionate team who will support you with your success.
Our team consists of; Recruitment Officer , Resource Scheduler, HR Administrator and the HR Manager.
Location: Perth (Rivervale) Office, with visits to Geraldton Head Office (flights & accomm arranged)Full Time 37.5 hours per week Roster: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for both white- and blue-collar roles Support resources for our projects across Bulk + Detailed Earthworks, Heavy Haulage and Mine site services.
