Key to your success as a Project Recruitment Specialist will be your ability to manage all project recruitment, focusing on white-collar positions.

This involves partnering with the Construction Manager to support project resource requirements, thereby ensuring seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess previous experience in recruitment/HR roles within the construction, infrastructure or mining industries, and tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (Degree or Diploma) would be highly regarded.

A key skillset requirement for this position is excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Additionally, excellent time management skills are essential for meeting deadlines and delivering results efficiently.
