Recruitment Consultant Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced recruitment consultant to join our team. As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for actively approaching and engaging with existing and prospective clients, managing your own database of candidates, and consulting with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients
  • Manage your own database of candidates
  • Consult with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
  • Experience in external white-collar agency recruitment
  • Exposure to the construction, mining, engineering, civil, infrastructure, IT or HR sectors desirable
  • Ability to build professional relationships with high profile clients and candidates
