Job Title: Technical Leadership Role About the Role

This is a key position for an individual who possesses strong technical leadership skills and experience in software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of professional experience in software development, preferably with a background in open-source projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a distributed team of engineers and its MLOps/Analytics portfolio.

You will lead the team's processes to help it achieve its objectives and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members.

Your task will also include identifying and measuring team health indicators and interacting with a vibrant community.

Additionally, you will review code produced by other engineers and attend conferences to represent the company and its MLOps solutions.

Mentoring and growing your direct reports, helping them achieve their professional goals, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Travel may be required for internal and external events.

 Key Responsibilities

 Requirements
  • A proven track record of professional experience in software delivery
  • Professional Python development experience, preferably with a background in open-source projects
  • A proven understanding of the machine learning space, its challenges, and opportunities to improve
  • Experience designing and implementing MLOPs solutions
  • An exceptional academic track record from both high school and preferably university
  • Willingness to travel for internal events
