Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our Housing team. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the success of our department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with sales staff to acquire new business.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Proven experience in people management and workflow management
  • Strong knowledge of the residential design construction process from untitled land to handover
  • Thorough knowledge of Australian Standard (AS) codes and standards
  • Ability to work effectively through CRM systems to optimise processes and systems
