Global Engineering Director Role

The position of Global Engineering Director is a critical one, where you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of our GTPN team. This role requires a highly experienced and inspirational leader who can motivate and mentor a team to deliver cutting-edge financial solutions.

As the Global Engineering Director, you will be accountable for the overall quality and delivery of multiple engineering streamlines. You will be responsible for clearing road blockers, providing context and guidance to the teams, and escalating when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in system architecturing and software development, with a strong background in modern engineering practices. They will be a technically proficient engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, as well as a leader who can inspire and motivate others.

This role requires collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and growth.

  • Lead the GTPN team in developing and implementing innovative financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and products.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to develop their technical skills and leadership abilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.

Requirements
