Site Operations Specialist

The Site Administrator provides crucial support to the delivery team by ensuring accurate records and efficient site administration.
- Conduct daily financial operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and end-of-month reconciliations.
- Assist with subcontractor tracking and ensure compliance with standard payment terms.
- Offer administrative assistance to Environmental and Safety Managers, including environmental reporting and safety record maintenance.
- Manage general site administration tasks, such as reception duties, office supply ordering, mail handling, meeting coordination, and staff travel arrangements.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification.
- Experience in administration and data entry, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level).
- Effective task management and prioritization skills under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the project team.
