Job Title: Site Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Security Specialist to join our team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security services, ensuring the physical security of our site is maintained at the highest level.

About the Role

This is a critical position within our organization that requires a strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices. As a Site Security Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the workflow, schedules, and assignments of our security staff.
  • Assisting in the management of physical security on site, including monitoring security devices and controls.
  • Inspiring performance excellence among our security service team members.
  • Conducting regular walk-throughs and security inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing and enforcing stringent audit scheduling and protocols.
  • Ensuring all security guards receive comprehensive training and adhere to strict guidelines.
  • Performing risk assessments and proposing mitigation measures to prevent theft, fraud, or abuse.
  • Responding to emergency situations and workplace incidents.
  • Analyzing data to detect patterns indicating potential security threats.
  • Investigating policy violations and developing corrective action plans.
  • Driving process improvements to reduce shrinkage and enhance security.
  • Evaluating internal policies and recommending optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborating with our security services vendor to ensure SLA adherence and conducting training programs for our guarding force.
  • Providing SLP-related training to increase staff awareness and site compliance.
