We are seeking a skilled Leisure and Wellness Coordinator to join our team at Nareen Gardens in Bateau Bay. As a key member of our Leisure and Wellness Team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative leisure and lifestyle activities that cater to the needs, interests, and capabilities of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide staff in planning and delivering activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Ensure all residents have access to activities that cater to their interests and abilities.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to confirm activity programs and ensure all necessary resources are organized.
  • Monitor and evaluate activity participation and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop activities that account for residents' previous interests and current capabilities.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an individual with previous experience in aged/community care or lifestyle programs in age care. You'll need to be resilient, resourceful, and able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.

Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications are highly regarded.
