Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Leisure and Wellness Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Leisure and Wellness Team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative leisure and lifestyle activities that cater to the needs, interests, and capabilities of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide staff in planning and delivering activity programs that meet the needs of residents.
  • Ensure all residents have access to activities that align with their interests and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with team members, residents, and carers to develop and implement activity programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate activity programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop activities that enhance the quality of life of residents through their interests and hobbies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in aged/community care or lifestyle programs in age care.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
