The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and diverse Assistant Store Manager to oversee the Retail Showroom, Trade and Design departments of one of two North Brisbane stores. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be accountable for delivering outstanding customer service, store sales, profit results, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). You will excel as a leader, providing coaching and training to drive sales and develop your team for great success. As the Assistant Manager, you will merchandise and present the showroom, ensuring it remains visually appealing.

Skills and Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in retail and customer service management environments
  • Experience in trade accounts would be beneficial but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High energy and a desire to drive your team to success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver's license
