About the Role

A fantastic opportunity awaits an Administrator with public practice experience to join an Accounting firm, offering a chance for career growth and development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing client correspondence, supporting the Accounting team, collating financial statements, and handling various administrative tasks. Your expertise in MYOB AE and understanding of the ATO portal will be highly valued.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing client correspondence, including letters associated with tax returns
  • Supporting the Accounting team in their daily tasks
  • Collation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Assisting with Debtors, invoices/billing, and client contact
  • Handling incoming mail, photocopying, and filing
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an Accounting Firm in a similar role
  • Experience using MYOB AE is highly regarded, though not essential
  • Understanding of the ATO portal
  • Proactive approach to work and high attention to detail
