Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft-based solutions for a critical Fundraising CRM Marketing Automation initiative.

This is a high-visibility project where your leadership, strategic mindset, and collaborative approach will make a genuine difference in stakeholder engagement and fundraising success.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading and managing the full CRM implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic organisational goals.

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and delivery across all project phases.
  • Present high-quality executive reports and presentations for senior leadership and board stakeholders.
  • Maintain robust project governance, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee application development, customisation, and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Cordinate cross-functional teams (IT, fundraising, marketing, operations) for seamless and timely project delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience delivering CRM projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills at all levels.
  • Expertise in executive-level reporting, performance dashboards, and financial updates.
  • Experience managing vendors and service-level agreements.
  • Technical know-how across Microsoft technologies.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on collaboration, change management, and continuous improvement.
