Job Title

We're seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead the implementation and migration of our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with our strategic goals.

  • This role will oversee the relevant project team, governance, and risk management to guarantee marketing technology aligns with and supports our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the end-to-end delivery of our CRM implementation & migration project to sales force non-profit cloud on time and on budget, including all relevant deliverables and tasks.
  • Lead core CRM marketing tech project management tasks including scheduling, delivery management, project governance and communication, and contract, budget and risk management.
  • Ensure senior stakeholders, including the CRM steering committee, executive team and board committees are updated as relevant on the progress of the project and project risks.
